What kind of phone do I need?+
iPhone 12 or newer, Pixel 7+, Galaxy S22+ all work. The newer the camera, the cleaner the tour. Anything older still produces a result, just lower fidelity.
How long does rendering take?+
Render time depends on room count and footage quality. During early access we are processing manually on Apple Silicon, so first turn-around is hours to days. You get an email with your tour link the moment it is ready. We will tighten this as we automate.
Where does the tour live?+
On our viewer at presence.nohumannearby.com/t/your-slug. You get an embed code for your MLS, Zillow, agent site, or Airbnb description.
What if my video is bad?+
During early access the founder reviews every upload by hand. If something is unusable, we email you with a reshoot prompt before we charge or render. Automated quality checks are in the roadmap.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, any time. Hosting for tours you have already paid for stays active for the period you paid.
